Construction of the first Canopy hotel by Hilton in the UK will provide a 342 bed, 16,500 sqm facility on this prime City site in Aldgate.  

This will bring a new type of four-star Hotel to the UK. The proposed alterations allow for the creation of 342 rooms over No.16 & No.15 Minories including a roof-top restaurant and a vibrate FoH deli / café experience that is locally inspired.
