The project will see a 78-apartment Extra Care facility built off Woodpecker Close in Upton, Wirral, for the over-55s. The scheme will be made up of 60 one-bed and 18 two-bed units designed to offer 24-hour care and support on site for residents. Built within the development will also be a bistro and hair salon, as well as a spa / wellbeing suite and communal lounge for residents.
