Begin by ensuring that the structural opening is at least 5mm larger than the panel size, which refers to the back of frame size. For instance, a panel size of 600x600mm requires a hole size of 605x605mm. There's no need to remove the door - instead, simply use the provided budget lock key to open the panel, then place the panel into the aperture.
Next, secure the FlipFix device using the fixing screw located behind the door leaf, which will clamp onto the back of the plasterboard. This device is versatile and works with board thicknesses ranging from 8mm to 32mm. To ensure that the frame is square, measure from corner to corner.
After confirming the frame is square, lock the door in place, making sure the door and frame are flush. Finally, sit back and enjoy your accomplishment - you've just saved yourself 20 minutes of work.
