This panel has a Fire Test Certificate up to 900x600mm in a Wall application covered by Fire Certificate Number 226657 Anything above these sizes will be manufactured to the same construction as tested.

Minimum Size - 0150 x 0150mm
Maximum Size - 0900 x 0600mm
Make sure the structural opening is at least 7mm larger than the back of f rame size. E.G a 600x600mm back of f rame size requires a 607x607mm hole size. Remove the door f rom the f rame and place the f rame into the set hole. Fix through the appropriate fixing holes within the frame ensuring the f rame is pushed up against the structural opening surround. Check the f rame is square by measuring corner to corner. Refit door and lock in place; the door and f rame should be flush. Independant bracing or support may be required to take the weight of the Access Panel. When tiling, ensure the tiles do not overhang the f rame or door as this will cause damage to the tiles. Apply Intumescent acrylic mastic to the rear of the frame nominally 5mm wide sealing to the supporting construction. Apply Intumescent acrylic mastic in the gaps between the door leaf & frame which is cut away then reapplied on operation.
